My picture book about my great, great uncle, William "Buffalo Bill" Mathewson is in the publication process. I've finished drawing the pictures, enhanced by scrapbooking techniques, and am producing copies for the family first.
As these take shape, I'm formulating how I will produce book for the public and how I'll publicize it.

william mathewson was ny grandfather bill murrays grandfather and i have been tring to find a photo of him and cody also a notebook that mathewson had kept and wrote in
Shelly, I do have a photo of William Mathewson and William Cody. I think I received it from one of the historical societies in Kansas. I'll have to check that out if you still don't have the photo.
Regarding the notebook. That would be wonderful to find. I read somewhere that a journal he kept was burned in a fire.
